The remaining balance for all service appointments are due at the beginning of each service appointment in CASH. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS!

 

FIRST TIME CLIENTS

It is very important to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to fill out paperwork. There is a grace period of 15-minutes for each scheduled service appointment. After 15-minutes, the appointment will be cancelled, and the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. The non-refundable deposit must be paid to re-book a cancelled or rescheduled service appointment. Please be on time for the appointment!

CONSULTATIONS

If assistance is needed on deciding what services would be best for you, please do not hesitate to give Dr. Spivey a call at 305.783.6500, send a text message, or leave a voicemail.

In Person - There will be a $35 consultation fee for all in-person consultations. The in-person consultation will include an overview and discussion on your individual goals and determine which treatment plan is best suitable you. All questions will be answered during your in-person consultation. After your consultation, if you decide to book a same day appointment, the amount paid for the consultation will go towards the balance of your service for that day. If you book an in-person consultation and book a service for a different day, the amount paid for the consultation WILL NOT be applied to the booked service.

*Every client is important and your service time is specifically reserved for you; therefore, all service times will be strictly adhered to. IN-PERSON CONSULTATIONS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

 

Text Message - There is no fee associated with text message consultations. Please send photos of the area(s) that you would like to address to 305.783.6500. Please include your name and telephone number. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for consultations conducted via text message. The text message response will only include the recommended service(s) and prices based the area(s) that were submitted.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments scheduled online or in-office require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits can be paid via Cash, Credit Card, or Debit Card. The remaining balance for each service appointment is due at the beginning of each service appointment and must be paid via CASH ONLY. 

 

There is a grace period of 15-minutes for each scheduled service appointment. After 15-minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. A non-refundable deposit must be paid to re-book a cancelled or rescheduled service appointment. Please be on time for your appointment!

 

If there is an appointment time that you would like and it is not available online, please send a text message with your request to 305.783.6500. By continuing to book with For the Love of Me Body Sculpting Studio you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

CANCELLATIONS

​

Every client is important and your service time is specifically reserved for you; therefore, all service times will be strictly adhered to. For the Love of Me Body Sculpting Studio requires a 24- hour notice to Cancel or Reschedule an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled after the 24-hour period, the non-refundable deposit is forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are a NO-SHOW for a scheduled service appointment, the non-refundable deposit is forfeited. A non-refundable deposit must be paid to re-book a cancelled or rescheduled service appointment. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
